Felicity Knights - Director of Public Relations

As Director of Public Relations at Merchant Marketing Group, Felicity is also a member of the board.

She is responsible for creating PR strategy, media relations, positioning clients within the media, campaign development, coordination and team management.  Her experience includes 12 years’ comprehensive PR and communications experience in the private and public sector.

Felicity was former communications director for LEGO and European communications manger for the world’s number one software developer, Electronic Arts whose brands include EA SPORTS, EA Games and EA.com.

Prior to working in the leisure market, Felicity worked for the British Council and Foreign Office promoting Britain in European with global opinion formers and policy makers. Felicity has a degree in European Law and Modern languages.
